» Meet Monique Badun.

Monique entered the real estate industry in 1989 after graduation from the University of Western Ontario. Her 20 years of experience cover a wide range of transactions including commercial, project sales and residential. She now firmly focuses on the residential market on the west side of Vancouver.

Monique enjoys dealing with both sellers and buyers but specializes in helping people find just the right home. She has lived in several different Vancouver neighbourhoods and offers credible insights to each area. As a mother of two young children she is also able to understand the wants and needs of young families looking for just that special place. With her knowledgeable and thorough approach, Monique instills confidence in her clients and customers that the decision they ultimately make is the correct one. It's no wonder that most of Monique's clients and customers become lasting friends.
